This is a 1964 Aston Martin DB5, recently found in a barn in the UK, and in great condition.
According to the reports, the most recent owner purchased it in 1972, for £1,500. After being used for a few years, the car has been stored in a garage for over 30 years.
It is going to be up for auction in the upcoming Bonham’s sale at Newport Pagnell in May and it’s expected to sell for £150.000, up to £200.000.
However, in fully restored condition this classic may go for over £300.000!!
That’s 2,000 x the purchase price, not a bad investment then…
Now how long do I need to hang on to my V12 Vantage Roadster
before I can get 2,000 x my purchase price?
