Remember the DBS that featured in the opening scene of the 2008 Bond movie Quantum of Solace? How great would it be to own that particular Quantum Silver DBS?
Well, now you can. Because this famous Bond car is going up for auction on October 5.
Here’s reminder of the DBS scene in Quantum of Solace:
Mr. Bond’s DBS will be auctioned at Christie’s on October 5 and is expected to sell for a price between £100,000 and £150,000 (between $160,000 to $240,000 in US dollars). Proceeds will go to Barnardo’s, a British children’s charity.
The story goes that seven different DBS cars were used for filming Quantum of Solace. Now let’s hope the one for sale is not this one:
